The Southeast Minnesota Disaster Health Coalition (SEMN DHC) brings together hospitals, public health agencies, long-term care facilities, emergency medical services, and local government partners to strengthen the region’s ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters. Through coordinated planning, training, and information sharing, the coalition works to minimize the impact of emergencies on the health and medical systems that serve communities across Southeast Minnesota.
